Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain lean muscle, become a better athlete, compete in an event, or just look and feel better, you will be provided with an individua­lized assessment of your needs. After your initial consultation, your current diet will be analyzed in depth. Based on your athletic goals and nutritional needs, you will be provided an education on nutritional values and given a detailed diet plan. Along with this preliminary diet guide, weekly consultations will monitor the progress and track your athletic and body composition goals.
