TRAINING PROGRAMS

(Small group strength and conditioning training programs):

1 month training, 2 days/week $100

1 month training, 3 days/week $125

TNT Athletic Performance offers an opportunity for athletes to truly unleash their potential. Custom training programs, experienced athletic guidance, and an intense motivation to succeed will provide our athletes the atmosphere to reach levels of success they never thought possible.

Youth – Specialized sports-specific instruction teaching the fundamentals of athletic training. Emphasis will be placed on injury prevention, appropriate warm-up techniques, proper basics of weight lifting, and knowledgeable instruction on sports fundamentals. Athletes will be provided with original training programs and instruction that stress the importance of overall health while still having fun. Our goal for our young athletes is to motivate them to success while also providing an opportunity to develop a strong character and self-esteem.

Adults – Universal training across a spectrum of athletic avenues stressing the importance of general health, strength, agility, athleticism, conditioning, discipline, and concentration. Emphasis will be placed on incorporating a variety of activities to achieve overall fitness and wellbeing. Daily guidance and motivation will be provided to help athletes set reachable goals and achieve success.

Firefighter/Police – Custom program designed specifically for Firefighters and Policemen and women to maintain peak physical fitness levels needed to be successful in their careers. Emphasis will be placed on strength, agility, balance, core stabilization, conditioning, and discipline.
